Returns
As per distance selling regulations, due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange for return of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your order prior to the goods being shipped to you.
If you request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Credit Notes
In certain circumstances, we may offer to credit products which arrive defective or damaged. Please send photographs of your products to hello@littlecake.co.uk along with your proof of purchase and one of our team will be happy to help.
