Shipping policy

Our cakes travel so beautifully that we send them to our customers exactly as we send them for photography. Each order is carefully packed in our specially designed packaging to help ensure your cakes arrive looking just as pristine as when they left our bakery.

We deliver nationwide across the UK mainland, including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands, Tuesday to Saturday.

• Order by 1pm for next day delivery
• Delivery dates subject to availability

Our courier partner is Royal Mail, and tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

For weekend celebrations, we recommend selecting Friday delivery to allow plenty of time for your cakes to arrive safely and for you to check everything ahead of your event.

Delivery updates will be sent to the email address and mobile number provided at checkout, including a notification the evening before delivery. Please note that if nobody is available to accept the parcel, the courier may attempt to leave it in a safe place or redeliver on the next working day.

Collections are available Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm. Please allow approximately 10–15 minutes for us to prepare your order upon arrival.
