You will need
  • 1 bottle Champagne (750ml)
  • 5 teaspoons powdered jelly, dissolved in 30ml water
  • 95g caster sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Steps

In order to make this delicious champagne jelly, follow these simple steps:

  1. First, dissolve the sugar into 250ml of champagne with ease.
  2. Turn off the heat and stir in the dissolved gelatine.
  3. Now gently blend in the remaining 500ml champagne and pour the mixture into your favourite champagne glasses.
  4. Lastly, set the glasses in the fridge and let the jelly set overnight.
